Your Motif account

Your Motif account stores a record of your available test sessions and the results of each session. The account process is simple, stores very little data, and is never shared. It identifies you so you can access your purchased results sheets across multiple devices.

A single account works across all Motif digital tests, whether you use them online or through the iOS apps.

Creating your account

You can create an account using an email address and password, Google sign-in, or Apple sign-in. Your email address is stored for identification purposes.

Logging in on multiple devices

You can sign in on multiple devices and share a single purchased results sheet balance across them. See the article on sharing results sheets across multiple devices for more detail. While there is no hard limit on the number of devices, Motif monitors sign-in activity and may contact you to confirm your use case if an unusually large number of devices are involved.

Forgotten password

If you've forgotten your password, tap "Sign in with email", enter your email address, and then tap the "Trouble signing in" link under the password field to start the password recovery process.

Note that password recovery is only available for email and password accounts. If you signed up using Google or Apple, you cannot recover a password through Motif — use the relevant Google or Apple account recovery process instead.
